We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The bathrooms were huge and had complimentary shower gel. The hotel is close to everything, right opposite the tram stop, and a short stroll away from the pleasure beach. The staff, especially Shaz, were amazing and couldn't do enough for us.

We loved our stay here. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The family room was clean, tidy, and a good size. There were plenty of clean towels and the room smelled lovely and fresh. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and tidy reception area and a bar with karaoke. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a wide range of options to cater to all tastes. The location was perfect, away from the noise of the central area but still close to the seafront. We could easily buy cold drinks and sit and talk in the surrounding area.

The hotel was clean and had spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff were friendly and polite. Check-in was quick and the hotel was located in a quiet area pretty close to Blackpool. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff, especially Shaz and the man serving breakfast, were extremely helpful.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was spotless, not a speck of dirt to be seen anywhere. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was perfect, right in the seafront and close to the Pleasure Beach. The tram stop was conveniently right outside the front of the hotel, making transportation easy. There was also plenty of free parking available outside the property. it was a great experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and everything looked well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome.
